When you upload a CV, we process the file contents and basic technical information needed to run the service, such as request metadata, language, file type, and abuse-prevention signals.

If you buy a paid result or AI course, we receive payment status and limited customer details from Stripe, such as email address, checkout session ID, and entitlement information. We do not store full card numbers.

We use your CV to generate the free score, paid insights, rewritten CV, AI-course handoff, diploma-linked credential, and related downloads that you request.

We use operational logs to debug failures, prevent abuse, protect payment flows, and improve product reliability.

CV text, profile context, and learning evidence may be sent to AI providers to generate scores, insights, rewrites, or course outputs. We keep prompts focused on the service you requested.

AI output can contain mistakes. You should review generated CVs, reports, and course evidence before sharing them with employers.

Uploaded CV files and generated CV artifacts are designed to be deleted after 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or payment-dispute reasons.

Public credential pages created after the AI course are accessible to anyone with the unique link or QR code. They are not intended to be indexed by search engines.

We do not sell your CV. We share data only with infrastructure, AI, payment, analytics, security, and email providers needed to operate the service.

If you share a credential link, diploma, QR code, generated CV, or learning log with an employer, that sharing is controlled by you.

You can ask us to review, delete, or correct personal data by emailing [email protected]. We may need information that helps us find the relevant upload, checkout, or account record.

You can choose not to buy paid products, not to provide an email, and not to share generated credentials with third parties.
