Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using CantFindJob and the paid CV, AI course, diploma, and credential features.
Service operator
CantFindJob is operated by MB Skydis. Support and legal notices should be sent to [email protected].
What the service provides
CantFindJob provides AI-assisted CV scoring, reports, rewritten CV drafts, AI Agent Store course handoffs, verifiable diploma links, and related career-support tools.
The service is informational and educational. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, immigration outcomes, salary outcomes, or employer decisions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for uploading files you have the right to use and for reviewing all generated content before sending it to employers or third parties.
You must not upload malware, illegal content, someone else's CV without permission, or content intended to abuse rate limits, payments, or AI systems.
AI outputs
AI-generated scores, recommendations, rewritten CVs, course responses, and skill summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat them as drafts and guidance, not as professional legal, financial, immigration, or employment advice.
You decide whether to use, edit, share, or ignore any generated output.
Payments and refunds
Paid products are one-time purchases unless a checkout page explicitly states otherwise. Prices are shown before payment and processed by Stripe.
If you are not happy with a paid result, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will review the refund request. We may need the checkout email, session ID, or result link to find the transaction.
AI course credentials
AI course diplomas, QR codes, credential links, learning logs, and CV credential links are designed to help you show evidence of learning. Anyone with the link may view the public credential page.
You should not claim skills, experience, or credentials that you do not understand or cannot discuss in an interview.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to improve quality, control abuse, handle provider changes, or comply with legal and security requirements.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
